  • Merge trading and investing together into one page

  • Provide the Tuntun Selection feature, by combining both trading and investing strategies, both traders and investors could use this method to pick stocks. Traders could lower their risk by choosing stocks with good trading signals, while investors could buy undervalued stocks that also show positive trading signals, avoiding long waiting times.

  • Provide fair value information for investors and traders who have already bought stocks and are making a profit. This allows them to assess the company's valuation. If there is a significant gap between the stock price and its fair value, they can consider holding the stock and using the fair value as a target price.

Before we go deeper into the design phase, business team and product do the survey to ensure that all of the informations and the design can be asily understand by the users, and we also do the competitor’s analysis and ask the users to check the competitor how they combine the informations and layout to make users easily understand and can use the feature easily.

  1. Users already understand all of the information we use for fair value, exclusive research, and also trading and investing tab already common for users to explore more

  2. Users said tiger trade kingkong/menu icon that use page indicator is more intuitive and clear for users

  3. Users said see all button or arrow icon make them curious to check the secondary page about the details

  4. Users need the category recommendation from trading and investing insight in market page, and they like to filter it based on category of the stock recommendation, so users can easily filter and explore more in our market page.

During usability testing, my team and I created a prototype for all interactions and tested it with 10 users. We included two archetypes: beginner users with 1–2 years of experience in investing/trading and advanced users with 3–5 years of experience. We distributed the survey using Maze to evaluate whether they successfully completed each scenario we provided. My team then summarized the results, which were very positive, as expected, since we followed usability heuristics and benchmarked against several global finance apps.

  • Ease of Exploration – Users found it intuitive to navigate through the stock market feature using the menu/Kingkong icon.

  • Market Overview Accessibility – Most users could easily check the IHSG condition, running trades, and rankings without confusion.-

  • Seamless Trading & Investing Access – Users could quickly access trading and investing features, making it easy to transition between exploration and action.
